The Five Ball Reverse Cascade
is, as the name suggests, a five ball version of the Reverse Cascade. All of
the throws are made on the outside of your body, and all the catches are at
the center. This trick, while probably harder to learn from scratch than the
regular Five Ball Cascade, is surprisingly easy to pick up if you are
already comfortable with five ball juggling.
For that reason, a step-by-step tutorial is not really
helpful. Instead, it is best to just start by juggling the normal Five Ball
Cascade, and then switch to overthrows, as if switching between the three
ball Cascade and Reverse Cascade. The transition will definitely feel weird
at first, but your body should adapt fairly quickly to the new pattern.
